General
Attorney Workbench is an AI-native case management platform built specifically for litigation attorneys. It includes court monitoring, SCRCP deadline computation, AI motion drafting, deposition prep, judge intelligence, discovery tracking, and client billing -- all designed around the litigation lifecycle.
Attorney Workbench is built for litigation attorneys -- plaintiff and defense -- at solo practices and mid-size firms (up to 20 attorneys). If you file motions, take depositions, manage discovery, and appear in court, Attorney Workbench was designed for your workflow.
Attorney Workbench was born in South Carolina and includes SC-specific features like SCRCP deadline computation and CourtPlus court monitoring. However, the AI drafting, deposition prep, billing, and case management features work for litigators in any jurisdiction. We are actively expanding jurisdiction-specific features to additional states.
Most practice management tools are designed for general law practice -- client intake, billing, calendaring, document storage. Attorney Workbench is built exclusively for litigation. We include court monitoring, rule-based deadline computation, judge intelligence profiles, AI that understands legal standards, and full deposition lifecycle management. These features do not exist in general practice tools.

Features
Attorney Workbench integrates with CourtPlus to monitor court dockets in real time. When a new filing, order, or case activity is detected, you receive an immediate alert via email and in-app notification. Deadlines are automatically computed from detected filings when applicable.
The deadline calculator implements the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure (SCRCP) including Rule 6 computation rules, service method adjustments (Rule 6(e)), holiday exclusions, and weekend rules. It computes deadlines the same way a careful attorney would -- but without human error.
AI drafting handles motions to compel, responses to motions for summary judgment, memoranda of law, discovery responses, and other trial-level litigation documents. The AI understands legal standards (good cause, undue burden, etc.), jurisdictional rules, and can be informed by judge preferences.
Upload deposition transcripts and the AI analyzes them for key admissions, inconsistencies between witnesses, impeachment opportunities, and critical testimony. It generates witness examination scripts with page-and-line citations. You can cross-reference testimony across multiple depositions in the same case.
Judge intelligence profiles aggregate data about a judge ruling patterns, typical response times on motions, procedural preferences, and published opinions. Before you file, you can see how the judge has ruled on similar issues and tailor your strategy accordingly.
Yes. Attorney Workbench integrates with Google Drive for document storage. Case documents, filed motions, deposition transcripts, and correspondence can be stored and accessed through your existing Google Drive structure.
Yes. The discovery dashboard shows all pending discovery obligations across all your cases -- RFAs, interrogatories, production requests, and subpoenas -- with computed deadlines and status tracking. You can filter by case, type, or deadline urgency.
Attorney Workbench does not directly e-file documents with the court. It prepares documents for filing and tracks what has been filed. E-filing is done through your court standard e-filing portal.
