Attorney Workbench targets 99.9% uptime for all production services. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours (typically Sunday 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM ET) and announced in advance via email.

  • Email notifications — sent to all affected account administrators
  • Post-incident reports — published after resolution with root cause analysis
